I. Flexitank risk assessment process for transporting goods:
 PGF Flexitank's liquid cargo invites customers to provide SDS and liquid samples of the cargo they are carrying. PGF conducts compatibility tests according to the internal "Liquid cargo and Flexitank compatibility test regulations", and the compatibility test can be carried out without any abnormality.
   1. The liquid used in the PGF Flexitank Applicable Liquid Schedule for liquids transported by PGF Flexitank has been internally evaluated and tested and the customer is loading and transporting without risk assessment and experimentation;
   2. If the liquid loaded in the PGF Flexitank is not contained in the liquid in the schedule, the compatibility test by PGF must be carried out without any abnormality before the transfer can be carried out.
II. Liquid cargo risk assessment process and loading temperature range:
 The flexitank system can only ship non- hazardous goods that have been assessed by various parties and confirmed acceptable, to ensure the safety and reliability of the flexitank system transportation, Do not use the flexitank system for transportation if the cargo are classified as hazardous goods by IMDG (International Maritime hazardous Goods Code).
  1. Non-hazardous goods:
Non-hazardous goods (also commonly referred to as non-hazardous, unregulated or non-categorized goods) are those that are not classified as hazardous goods under the International Maritime hazardous Goods Code. Non-hazardous items will not be included in the International Maritime hazardous Goods Catalogue and will be recognized by SDS as non-dangerous items suitable for shipment.
  2. hazardous goods:
 Goods classified as hazardous goods shall not be transported using the flexitank system. The International Maritime Hazardous Goods Catalogue lists all substances classified as hazardous goods, and also provides the UN number, the name of the shipping company suitable for transporting the dangerous substance, and grade.
   3. Cargo loading temperature range:
 The maximum temperature of the cargo loaded by flexitank shall not exceed 80 °C, and the minimum temperature shall not exceed -20 °C; the temperature of the tank and pipeline during the loading process shall be monitored in real time during the loading of the cargo, and the temperature shall not exceed the specified liquid handling temperature range.
III . Risk control process:
 The installation and transportation risk control process for disposable Flexitank is to ensure the compliance of the product with specification during transportation, actively identify and control potential quality risks and eliminate or constantly reduce the risks of disposable Flexitank. The quality risk management team of the company is in charge of the risk management during transportation of products. They assess the factors which may affect the transport process, judge the possible hazards, estimate the severity of possible damage and the probability of occurrence of each hazard. When a level of risk is not acceptable, they advise the measures to reduce the risks and to control in daily management.
IV. Incident management and emergency plan
 During installation, filling, transport and unloading process of the Flexitank, once receiving the notice of incident, the transport company, the consignor, the operator, the manufacturer or other contractual parties or emergency rescue personnel shall take actions immediately to protect the health and safety of the employees and the masses, to protect the environment and to minimize the leakage. The emergency plan shall be established.
★Requirements for incident management and emergency plan:
 Notify the owner and the concerned parties of the incident as soon as possible. Take immediate measures to protect the safety of the employees, to protect the environment and to minimize the loss of cargo.
 It may be necessary to arrange the transfer of Flexitank system to a safe place and/or to transfer the cargo to another appropriate Flexitank or ISO tank container, IBC or drums.
 After the Flexitank system has been transferred to a safe place, the leakage has been minimized and the relevant authorization has been obtained, a detailed investigation shall be performed and a detailed report shall be submitted to summarize the causes and factors related to the incident.
 The concerned parties, i.e. transport company or consignor (owner of cargo), operator, manufacturer or insurance company, shall send their investigators to finish the investigation and report. A joint investigation is preferred.
V. Process of claim for compensation after accident:
 After confirming that the accident is caused by the product quality of our company, the customer can claim for compensation directly to our company and needs to provide the following documents:
1) Photos
- keep the accidental Flexitank.
- photos of accident site, 6-side photos of container (top, bottom, 4 side walls, especially the trace of any repair or damage).
2) invoice or commercial invoice of the transported cargo.
3) packing list and weight record of cargo.
4) Certificate of loss: certificate of cargo loss and loss investigation report during transportation.
5) Documents and invoices of treatment and rescue charges.
6)  Other documents supporting claim of compensation.
 If the above-mentioned incident is not notified to our company in time, our company shall be entitled to refuse the claim for compensation. The above-mentioned documents may not include all the documents necessary to claim for compensation, please be sure to keep all the documents related to the accident.
 After confirming that the leakage is caused by the quality of Flexitank, our company will issue the accident report to your company within 5 working days and compensate your loss within 7 working days.
